Sound Healing (extended time) - $35 : Enjoy the soothing sounds and vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks throughout your massage session, followed by an additional 15 minutes of deeply relaxing sound healing. During this time, you’ll rest comfortably and enjoy the blissful sounds of seven crystal singing bowls and a handpan drum, creating space to unwind, integrate your bodywork experience, and ease gently back into your day.

Stay fully clothed while you’re guided through a personalized series of assisted stretches designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall movement. Throughout the session, we’ll stay in constant communication and use a simple 1–10 comfort scale to ensure each stretch remains safe, effective, and within your personal limits.

Assisted stretching can help lengthen and relax tight muscles, improve range of motion, support joint mobility, and promote muscle recovery. It’s a great way to release tension, move more freely, and help your body feel more balanced and refreshed. Can be paired with any massage service.
